Really enjoyed staying at this property. Carrie was not only responsive, but proactive and helpful. Very clean space with enough amenities in the kitchen that you could stay a month like it’s home. Very comfortable beds, couch, and outdoor furniture. Took advantage of the golf cart, and while we didn’t take advantage of a beautiful fire pit setup, we did take advantage of the jacuzzi. Very convenient and more than worth the price.

Carrie’s place is great. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful gated community. She answered all our questions. You will appreciate the well stocked kitchen, coffee bar, beds and morning golf course views. It’s a wonderful place to stay.

We loved staying at Carrie's place! We played a ton of tennis and pickleball and a pool right next door. Also close to El Paseo and Whole Foods! Would definitely recommend.

My group of 6 for Coachella had the best stay at Carries airbnb. The back patio had great sunsets and the neighborhood was quiet with a lot of nearby dining options. The house was a spacious and had a great living room space for us to hang out in. It was a 15 minute ride to the Tennis Gardens Shuttle Park & Ride which was so convenient for us. I heard some shuttle stops were mobbed but we arrived around 1/2pm each day and arrived to the festival within 1-1.5 hours of leaving the Airbnb. Highly recommend if you are attending Coachella or Stage Coach!

I booked this stay for my parents, and they came back absolutely thrilled. The home is beautiful, with plenty of activities and easy access to great restaurants, golf, and local amenities.
Communication with the host was seamless throughout. Would highly recommend and would gladly book again!

Staying at Carrie’s place was incredible. I stayed there for my wedding weekend, and she was so accommodating and amazing throughout the entire experience. She even left us a bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. The place was spotless and pristine, everything was perfect. Communication was excellent, and everything was clearly outlined in advance. She also provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and resources, which made our stay even easier and more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again, 100%!!!!

Carrie's home was wonderful. It was a great location and the home was well stocked and beautiful. Perfect place to hangout. Carrie communicated extremely well and I would highly recommend this place to stay.

We had a last minute need to stay in San Clemente and Carrie responded in 15 minutes with a ‘yes’ that we could rent her place in 2 hours time for 6 days! We were thrilled. As a family of 5, a big kitchen, comfortable beds, and a washing machine are important. This place has it all including a hot tub and surfboards to enjoy just a walk away. The coffee shops around are excellent too. We are super grateful!

What a perfect California vacation spot! The whole family had such a good time. We were in walking distance of surfing, amazing beaches, Oceanside walks. It was perfect. The house was so fun it made us want to live in California! The host was fast to communicate and give great food recommendations. We had some out of this world dinners! South of Nics is a MUST

This house was great! It is very well appointed with so many items that make it comfortable like fans in the bedrooms, charging cables and plenty of towels. Carrie has thought of everything. It has great beach gear that we actually used! The kitchen has just about anything you need to cook and enjoy your stay. We enjoyed time on the deck and around the fire pit. We will definitely be back to stay again!
